All AVA-KER products are handcrafted in small batches. Minor variations are considered normal and are not defects.

We do not guarantee that a fragrance will smell the same to every customer or perform identically in every environment.

5. CANDLE SAFETY

Customers are responsible for following all candle care and safety instructions provided with their purchase.

AVA-KER is not liable for damage resulting from misuse, improper burning practices, failure to follow safety instructions, or unattended candles.

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials.

6. REED DIFFUSERS & HOME FRAGRANCES

Our home fragrances and reed diffusers are intended for their intended use only.

Avoid contact with eyes, skin, furniture, and finished surfaces. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

AVA-KER is not responsible for damage resulting from improper use or storage.

7. PERFUMES & BODY PRODUCTS

Customers should review ingredient information before use.

Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.

AVA-KER is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or misuse of products.

8. WORKSHOPS & PRIVATE EXPERIENCES

Workshop and event deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

If a customer must reschedule, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a new date based on availability.

AVA-KER reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to unforeseen circumstances.

9. PRICING

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

We reserve the right to modify pricing, products, promotions, and services at any time without prior notice.

10. SHIPPING

Processing times are estimates and may vary during launches, holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods.

AVA-KER is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.

11. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the nature of fragrance and personal care products, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damaged item and packaging.

We will review each case individually and work toward a fair resolution.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, branding, product names, graphics, and designs, is the property of AVA-KER and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
