Our collections may include hand-poured candles, reed diffusers, room sprays, wax melts, curated gift sets, seasonal collections, and limited-edition releases.

Yes. Every AVA-KER product is handcrafted in small batches with careful attention to quality, consistency, and detail.

Our candles are made using a premium soy-coconut wax blend chosen for its clean burn, excellent fragrance performance, and luxurious finish.

For best results, allow the wax to melt completely to the edges of the vessel during each burn.

Tunneling occurs when a candle is extinguished before a full melt pool forms. The first burn is especially important because it helps establish an even burn pattern for the life of the candle.

Yes. We recommend trimming your wick to approximately ¼ inch before each burn for a cleaner flame and more even burn.

Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, slight variations in color, appearance, wax texture, and fragrance may occur. These natural variations are normal and do not affect product quality or performance.

Most reed diffusers last approximately 3–6 months depending on room size, temperature, airflow, and how often the reeds are flipped.

For a stronger fragrance experience, we recommend flipping the reeds every 1–2 weeks.

Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days. During launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Yes. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or fees required by their country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not controlled by AVA-KER.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will gladly review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Refunds are not offered for change-of-mind purchases, used products, normal handmade variations, fragrance preferences, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
