SUBSCRIPTION PURCHASES

Certain AVA-KER products may be offered as recurring subscription purchases.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize AVA-KER to charge your selected payment method at the recurring interval chosen at checkout until the subscription is canceled.

MANAGING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

Customers may manage, pause, skip, or cancel their subscription through their customer account or by contacting us at info@ava-ker.com.

CANCELLATIONS

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time.

To avoid being charged for the next subscription cycle, cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next scheduled billing date.

Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled or refunded.

SKIPPING OR PAUSING

Eligible subscriptions may be skipped or paused depending on product availability and subscription settings.

REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our handcrafted fragrance and wellness products, subscription orders are non-refundable once processed.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will review the situation individually.

CHANGES TO SUBSCRIPTIONS

AVA-KER reserves the right to modify subscription offerings, pricing, scents, packaging, or shipment schedules. Customers will be notified of material changes when applicable.
