Thank you for shopping with AVA-KER. Every order is prepared with care and intention, and we appreciate your patience as we handcraft and package your products.

PROCESSING TIMES

Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days.

During launches, holidays, promotions, and high-volume periods, processing times may be extended. If significant delays occur, we will notify you via email.

Custom orders, personalized products, workshops, and special requests may require additional processing time.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

AVA-KER currently ships throughout the United States.

International shipping may be available for select products. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, package size, destination, and carrier rates.

Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically and will be clearly stated when applicable.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

DELIVERY DELAYS

AVA-KER is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

• Carrier delays
• Weather events
• Natural disasters
• Customs processing
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately at info@ava-ker.com.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes or rerouting.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

AVA-KER is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package appears lost, we recommend contacting the carrier directly and filing a claim when applicable.

We will gladly assist with carrier information whenever possible.

DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

We review all damage claims individually and will work toward a fair resolution.

REED DIFFUSER RELIT PROGRAM

As part of our commitment to sustainability, local customers may participate in our ReLit Reuse Program.

Customers may return eligible empty diffuser bottles for a discount on future diffuser purchases. Program details, eligibility, and discount amounts are subject to change.
