Subscription Terms & Conditions

Subscription Overview

AVA-KER subscriptions are recurring product memberships that provide customers with scheduled deliveries of selected products and exclusive subscriber benefits. Subscription products, pricing, benefits, and available collections may change periodically at AVA-KER’s discretion.

Billing & Payments

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize AVA-KER to automatically charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen subscription plan. Subscription charges will automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date.

If payment cannot be processed, AVA-KER reserves the right to pause, suspend, or cancel the subscription until payment is successfully completed.

Subscription Management

Subscribers may manage their subscription through their customer account portal. Customers may skip a shipment, update shipping details, update payment information, pause, or cancel their subscription.

Changes must be made before the next billing date to take effect for the upcoming order.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation requests must be submitted before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming subscription cycle.

Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, that order cannot be canceled.

Shipping

AVA-KER ships worldwide. Shipping fees, delivery estimates, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other international fees are not included unless otherwise stated and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times may vary based on location, carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, and other circumstances outside of AVA-KER’s control.

Product Availability

While we make every effort to maintain consistent product availability, AVA-KER reserves the right to substitute products of equal or greater value when necessary.

Seasonal products, limited-edition items, fragrances, packaging, and subscription contents may vary. Product images are representative examples only.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of our products, subscription purchases are non-refundable. All subscription sales are final.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact AVA-KER within seven (7) days of delivery by emailing info@ava-ker.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, photos of the product, and photos of the shipping packaging.

Communication Is Key

If you experience an issue with your subscription, we encourage you to contact us directly before filing a claim, chargeback, or dispute. We are committed to working with our customers whenever possible to find a fair and reasonable resolution.

Account Responsibility

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, including shipping address, billing address, email address, and payment information.

AVA-KER is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping charges resulting from inaccurate customer information.

Subscription Benefits

Subscriber benefits may include discounts, early access to product launches, exclusive products, complimentary gifts, or other promotional offers.

Benefits are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Benefits have no cash value and may not be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

Right to Refuse Service

AVA-KER reserves the right to suspend, limit, or terminate subscriptions at its sole discretion in cases involving fraudulent activity, abuse of subscription benefits, excessive refund requests, chargebacks, or violations of these Terms & Conditions.

Changes to These Terms

AVA-KER reserves the right to update or modify these Subscription Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the subscription program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
